Las crisis hacen que los falsos queden desnudos. Les delata la incapacidad para ofrecer o implementar soluciones efectivas a los problemas o encarar los desafíos.
¿Quiénes son los falsos líderes?
Aquellas personas que están en la cúpula de un ente directivo por razones diferentes a su capacidad o competencia para orientar o lograr los objetivos comunes de un grupo. Las crisis son una excelente oportunidad para sacar a relucir de qué están hechas esas personas que están al frente de todo.
Todas las crisis son momentos en los que hay complejidades no resueltas y priman las incertidumbre. En situaciones así, los dirigidos o liderados por otro esperan que esa persona tome las riendas de la situación y abra paso hacia buen puerto. Es entonces cuando quedan al desnudo los falsos líderes, los mismos que no solo no logran tomar el timón, sino que de hecho pueden profundizar los problemas.
En el mundo actual, sin embargo, hay muchos falsos líderes que compensan su incompetencia con un arma relativamente eficaz: el marketing político. Uno de los rasgos de esos líderes sin liderazgo es precisamente el de dedicar más energía en cubrir sus fallos que en solucionar los problemas.
Para eso recurren a falsos comunicadores o figuras que por un plato de lentejas se venden al mejor postor aunque este sea lo peor de la sociedad.
En el momento que está viviendo la sociedad dominicana de New York, abandonada a su suerte, uno mira los rostros anexos y se pregunta…SON ESTOS LOS REALES LIDERES QUE ESPERAMOS?…Para desgracia, esta es una guarida de «chichipatos» que solo aparecen en tiempo de campaña y solo rinden culto a SAN DAME, solo son grandes en su aldea, y despues del jolgorio politico ud. no los vuelve a ver ni en los centros espiritistas.
Pasele revista a esta camada de malos dirigentes Y SEA UD. EL JURADO…La verdad duele..pero si le gusta el masoquismo, aquí están sus verdugos.

Crises reveal the false ones. Their inability to offer or implement effective solutions to problems or face challenges gives them away.
Who are the false leaders?
Those people who are at the top of a management body for reasons other than their ability or competence to guide or achieve the common objectives of a group. Crises are an excellent opportunity to bring to light what those people who are in charge of everything are made of.
All crises are moments of unresolved complexities and uncertainty. In situations like this, those directed or led by someone else expect that person to take the reins of the situation and open the way to a good port. It is then that false leaders are exposed, the same ones who not only fail to take the helm, but can actually deepen the problems.
In today’s world, however, there are many false leaders who compensate for their incompetence with a relatively effective weapon: political marketing. One of the traits of these leaderless leaders is precisely that of devoting more energy to covering up their failures than to solving problems.
To do so, they resort to false communicators or figures who sell themselves to the highest bidder for a plate of lentils, even if that bidder is the worst of society.
At the moment that the Dominican society of New York is living, abandoned to its fate, one looks at the faces attached and wonders…ARE THESE THE REAL LEADERS WE EXPECT?…Unfortunately, this is a den of «chichipatos» that only appear during campaign time and only worship SAN DAME, they are only great in their village, and after the political revelry you will not see them again, not even in the spiritualist centers.
Pass you review to this litter of bad leaders AND BE YOU. The truth hurts…but if you like masochism, here are your executioners.
